Happy Anniversary D&M, now quit eating donuts!!

Sometimes I wonder why I have issues with food and then I read what my parents have been up to. Who buys a dozen donuts and scarfs them down immediately?!!! Who does that??? My parents, that's who. Gross. It has taken me a couple of decades to realize that you don't have to eat everything all at once because there may never be another donut offered again (although, realistically, my parents ARE pretty old so they may never get another chance to eat a donut.)( if they keep eating those bloody donuts they may just die of a donut related incidence!). The truth is there is ALWAYS another donut around the corner. We can get a donut whenever we want. We don't actually have to eat twelve at a time. Now smarten up Mom and Dad...I don't want to hear these disturbing donut stories anymore!!!! Contrary to rumor and public belief I actually DO want you alive (well, for a little bit longer anyway)!! Oh yeah...Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad....here's to 51 years of happily ever after!!!!

Oscar!!

omg..tomorrow is big gala event at my place and it's a mess! Oh well...just good friends...no nasty judgemental acquaintances that I must impress by my superior housekeeping skills....don't think my friends mind pushing the laundry off the couch before sitting, or, alternatively, using said laundry as cushion since actually cushions are a big mangy and not as clean as laundry. Also, no point in cleaning floor when friends will just drink too much wine and start throwing sh*t around anyway (must remember not to get cream puffs this time.....SAFFIE!!). Crap,,,bad words in blog...parents will be distressed...I'm sure it goes against the whole "watch what you are writing cause the whole world can read" thing...even though I've only got three followers and I suspect they have all heard the sh*t that comes out of my mouth before. Opps..there I go again. Sorry about that. I'm just a bit stressed is all. Going to buy goodie bags for my guests just like at the real Oscars...some smelly stuff and some glittery stuff...also will buy really good chicken wings....ummmmmm (will also get celery sticks for the friends that don't actually eat). BTW, my prediction for best film is "Hurt Locker"....hope Avitar doesn't win as was too common in it's story line...they can win for best visuals though.
